The Role

NJC Grade 7 c£18,000 - £21,000 / 30 hours per week / 39 weeks/ term time + inset days

We are looking for a Bursar to join our team. The Bursar will work alongside the Headteacher and is responsible for managing all the support functions of the school - finance, administration, HR, data and Health & Safety.

 

You will need a knowledge of finance processes, excellent administration skills and ideally some experience of HR and Health & Safety. You will be a competent user of IT systems including Microsoft Office and training will be given on the school specific packages. The role is varied and we are looking for experience of managing a wide range of duties in a busy office.

 

You will be eligible to join the Local Government Pension Scheme and entitled to 26 days holiday, rising to 31 with service. There is free parking on site and access to a cycle to work scheme. There will be a full induction programme to help you settle into school life.
